Summer 2 2026

This half term was filled with joy and some sadness as we prepared to say goodbye to those children starting primary school in September.

The children immersed themselves into our topic of Pirates and the Seaside. They searched for treasure, counted loot, made flags and maps and patterns with shells. We even had a pirates and princess day! During the last week we brought the seaside to nursery and made good use of the lovely weather with a large pool and our own “beach”.

Before we knew it Sports Day had been and gone and it was time for the Rainbows Graduation ceremony! With the end of the summer holidays approaching, the staff at Wellingtons would like to say goodbye and good luck to you all in your new schools- We will miss you all!
