Wellingtons Nursery are seeking an additional Early Years Practitioner, who is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional and can contribute to the overall ethos of the nursery.

Candidates must have a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.

 

The successful candidate will need to be:

•           Able to nurture and inspire children

•           Able to work effectively as part of a team

•           Have a good sense of humour

•           Committed to providing a safe and happy learning environment

•           Someone who is dedicated, resilient and organised

•           Someone who can create an atmosphere in which children can    succeed

•           Be experienced in delivering the EYFS

This is a very exciting opportunity to join our growing Out of School Club in the grounds of Whinmoor St Paul's Primary School.. You will be expected to care for our children and maintain a high quality, stimulating learning environment. Could you work as part of a team to plan and prepare learning opportunities and exciting activities for children between the ages of 2-11 years old?

Additional Playworker hours may be available during school holidays.

Are you someone who : 

•           Can plan and provide creative and interesting activities for children
•           Is dedicated, resilient and organised
•           Has a commitment to ensure every child is happy and engaged
•           Can work effectively as part of a team
•           Has high expectations of behaviour and an understanding of Special Educational Needs 
•           Is an excellent communicator with children and adults
•           Has a good sense of humour
•           Understands the importance of hygiene standards when preparing and serving healthy snacks
•           Is committed to the welfare and safeguarding of children
