Week commencing 20.11.23

As we approach the start of winter this week was dedicated to the beautiful autumnal weather. We talked about the animals preparing for winter and examined the different shapes and colours of leaves as they fall off the trees. The children went on a leaf hunt in the nursery environment and then, linking to Road Safety Week, we had a walk to the local woods where the children explored the natural world and then used their imagination to go on a bear hunt!
