Week commencing 08.05.23

This week as our caterpillars continue to grow we discussed how beautiful they would become as butterflies. The children painted one sided butterflies and became excited as they became symmetrical butterfly creations! The children practised their gross motor skills catching, throwing and kicking outside. We talked about the coronation of the King & Queen at the weekend, re-reading our coronation book and watching the coronation on the whiteboard. There was lots of excellent pattern making using natural materials found in the natural world.
